I ordered for new Micromax Canvas 2 from Indiatimes.com. I got the delivery on 14th January 2013. Within 2days I found various faults like Bluetooth, Memory, Wifi ,etc. So I lodged a complaint with them. They asked me to go to Micromax Service Center and get a DOC for same. I went twice to get the same. I mailed them and lodged complaint on 18th January. They assured me that within 6 days Product will be picked and within 4 days you will get refund. Till 26th february i didnt get any refund nor the product is picked. I called them 100 times for the same. They say only one thing “We will call u within 2days” or “Within 2days your product will be Picked”. I am tired with this. i paid via credit card.Please dont trust INDIATIMES.COM
