I was purchased my nokia asha 311,IMEI- “354595050896506” on 18-Oct-2012 from
Venkateshwara Enterprises,

On 20-Oct-2012 night I was trying to transfer contacts from laptop, suddenly the mobile has been switched off & I was unable to switch on the mobile. 21st Oct (sunday) was not the working day, i went to Nokia Care on 22nd-Oct located at jaynagar branch in Bangalore. They told me that motherboard has been bent which doesn’t comes under warrenty and for that i have to pay 500 Rs. Then I call to Nokia customer care Delhi, they told me You go to some other Nokia care in evening I went to Kormangala 5th block, Bangalore located nokia care. There they told me wait for half an hour after that they told me now its fine it was due to Software issue (Operating System corrupt), I brought my Mobile back with me. Second day again its was switched off during contact transfer I went to Nokia care located Kormangala 5th stage, Bangalore, they told me this is second time same problem has arrived so we send it to Delhi center it will provided to you on 2nd-Nov-2012. I submitted the mobile there and came back. On 30th-Oct I got a msg from nokia care that your handset is ready now please come and collect between 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. I went there on 31st-Oct evening and brought my mobile in night I got same problem then on 1st-Nov I called to NOkia and inform them regarding the problem and tell them that I’m frustrated now with this Phone and I want proper solution for that I need replacement because I’m a professional course student and I dnt have enough time to go to nokia care several times and its so far for me it will be very costlier also to travel several times, then executive replied me, not to worry sir we’ll help you regarding replacement our backend team will call you on or before 48 hr. you submit your mobile in nokia care and give me the job sheet no. so that we can help you. Then on 1st-Nov evening I went to nokia care and submitted my mobile and informed the nokia about job sheet no. and imei no. executive told me our backend team will contact you within 48 hr. on 4th-Nov I got a call from nokia I told him for replacement because I m unsatisfied with that phone because between 15 days I went to nokia care for 4 times for same problem, executive told me our backend team will contact you within 24 hr But I didn’t got any call till 7th-Nov evening then I called them and told them to solve my problem and all the executive told me I assured u that tommorow I’ll arrange a callback for you But I didn’t got any calls from nokia till 7:00pm on 8th-Nov, then I called nokia and talk to executive today he was telling like its my fault only and he was not ready to give any kind of detail. even he was not assured when they will call me back or when should I got my mobile.
Now I’m so much tensed and frustated I’m a professional course student and I’m staying away from my parents and struggling for getting job I use to go to my class everyday from 9:00am to 6:00 pm I’m unable to go every time to nokia care. Now I’m feeling that I spent 6430 rs for that phone But I’m getting headache of more than 20 thousand and still didn’t got solution.I came here to do the course and get a job but here due to this phone and nokia care I’m facing lots of troubles and unable to consentrate in my studies. I’m hoping you will help me to solve my problem.
