defactive mobile hendset

I purchase a vediocon mobile phone on 10/12/2015. I was kept that mobile phone in pocket. that phone set’s screen was black from inside. i think it’s LCD was damaged. company say it was broken so in this situation company’s warranty was not cover that damage. but that mobile set was ok from out side even no any scratches on that set. but company say in this case company will not provide warranty facility.
