Deduting unnessory money on the name of some VAS pack with out asking to consumer.

I am reliance gsm / maharastra region consumer, i am sufering balance deduction issue, whenever i will do recharge on my mobile number after some time my balance will be deducted on the name of some non scence VAS pack. Without asking to consumer they are deducting money from account. Whenever we will do recharge, within few minuts reliance will deduct 30 – 40 ruppies after that also they are deducting some 5-10 rupiees daily on the same of some VAS pack.
