deduction without downloding

I am Vodafone prepaid customer, on 21st March 2015 rs 149 has been deducted from my account and they are providing me reason of some chargeable dowload..the deduction reason shows DNLD DWAP ANIO149 PPU CRE00691001. Please go through this
