sir i use aircel prepaid sir. they have deducted 93 rs yesterday for any VAS service. i didnt activated this . even i didnt got any call from them for VAS activation. This happened third time that they had activated service unnecessarily. when i called customer care they disconnected my call to representative and blocked my number. Now i called from my friends number and when i talked about balance deduction they told that their server is under maininace kindly call after4-5 hours and blocked his number also. Now i called from other friends number after 4 hours and talked about balance deduction and asked for logging complain. he again told same thing to call back after 4 hours. now i insisted on writing complain so he told me that he has blocked my number and i will not be able to talk to customer care representative for 1 week. Now i am Fred up of calling to customer care and my call is not transfered to representative from any of three mobiles. kindly look after the matter and inform me for further process.
