Deduction of smab charges without prior information about the change

Hello,

I am having a salary account in ICICI tirupur branch from last 2 years and my account no. is 615401539718.
My contact number is : 9043641045

I was just checking my bank statement and got the shock because my account has been debited by SMAB charges + S tax 5 times and now my balance says Just Rs. 87. Also the first deduction was on 17th August of Rs. 399 when I already had around Rs. 13500 in my account which is above the minimum limit of Rs. 10000.

I don’t have any mail informing about these SMAB charges. I have no information from ICICI. No call, no mail and no msg. if charges deducted are not credited back to my account then I will be left with no other option but to take this matter to higher authorities and Banking Ombudsman as this is CLEAR VIOLATION of Rule 8(1)(k) i.e. “levying of charges without adequate prior notice to the customer” of The Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006.
