Deduction of unnecessary charges

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I am a tata docomo user. my number is 7275440480.My name is MALA GUPTA. I have recharge my number Rs 55+20+25+10 on 5/8/12 to 11/8/12. I am recharged GPRS pack of Rs 33 but they deduct my balance 2 times and when i call u customer care of docomo they that u are send massage two times so they deduct my balance two time but after this they continuously deducted my balance unnecessary from my main balance and they finish my all balance now this time my balance is Rs 0.06 from Rs 95. so i have requested that please return me my all balance in my account soon.
