I purchase new airtel prepaid sim on 21.8.2012 from Jawahar nagar,Jaipur.
Rs 75/ was deducted from my Talktime without any reason Despite repeated calls to Customer care no(121)for which I have to pay. No reason was given saying that they have on information on Three occasions.
This is a gross violation of rules and strict action be taken against Airtel
and I should be compensated suitably for time & money wastage and harrasment
