Deduction of Rs.60/- from my A/c

Name of company/service: Aircel Ltd., Mumbai

Aircel has deducted an amount of Rs.60/- from my account on 22nd July, 2012 for renewing Dialer Tune Service, which was never subscribed by me, and they are not refunding the deducted amount even though I had called them several times and sent emails to them, This has reference to my registered Complaint No. I-8980863113. They are refusing to refund the amount for reasons not known.
