deduction of rs. 17 from my account

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

Today automatically massage come into my mobile that you have choosen to pay 17rs from your number 9904759060 and within few second 17Rs. deducted from my account. I have not requested for this recharge n automatically its activated and 17 rs. is deducted from my account. .Please return it and also before 1 month i did special recharge of 55Rs for reducing my tarriff and it is vanished because of this recharge so kindly resstore my call rate to previous one which you are providing for 55rs. i.e. all onnet call at 1p/4sec and other at 1p/2sec.So kindly returns me my balance n restore my call rate to previous recharge otherwise i will take action against you and also file complaint in TRAI.
