Deduction of my account

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo GSM Service

Dear Sir,
I want to inform you that there was balance deduction of Rs 5 from my main account for last three times without giving any notification or message aleart.My mobile no is 8807285820.I am facing this type of problem from last two months.When I talked with customer care,every time they told that you activated this service, that service etc.etc.without my knowledge they activated value added service.Today Also I tried to talk to customer care, But they are not reciving my call also.
Sir just solve my problem and without any information they should not active any value added services
