Deduction of Money While browsing Facebook

Location/place: Puttur

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have been swindled of Rs.198/- by Tata Docomo stating the reason that I have Downloaded some Porn Package via internet from my Mobile, While the Reason was, I was Browsing Facebook Application on my Mobile…. This is the Second Incident in 2 months.
I Hereby Kindly Request The Consumer Forum
to Please acknowledge my Complaint and help me in getting a Refund from Tata Docomo
