deduction of money from account for servicess which does not activated

Name of company/service: reliance

I having an mobile connection for which reliance is operator. So they have two times deducted money from my account for those value added services which i have never activated even i have not activated any value added service. I have discuss this matter with reliance customer care bud they have not refund my money. So request to honorable consumer forum to take strict action against the operator.
