deduction of money from account.

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jharsuguda/ Odisha&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: BSNL GSM service</p>I am using a bsnl sim numbered (+918763653239). On March 29,2013 in I got a message that I have been subscribed hello tunes, which I have not done myself and got deducted rs. 45/- as a charge from my balance. I called customer care for more than 10days but no reply came from their side. One day I got a message if you have any value added service then send STOP to 155223 to deactivate it. I sent the message and got reply that there is no service activated on your number. Then again on April 27,2013 I got rs.45/-deducted from my balance again. Since then I am trying to customer care but no reply. Infact I was getting my call on hold for more than 20mins, but no response. I will be highly obliged if you can help me in getting justice.
