<p><b>Location/place</b>: Jharsuguda/ Odisha</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: BSNL mobile service</p>I’m using a BSNL sim numbered (+918763653239). On march 29,2013 in the morning I got a message that I have subscribed hello tune and deducted rs.45/-. I called customer care continuously for more than 10days, then I got a message to send a message writing STOP to 155223 if you hav subscribed any value added service. I send the message and got reply that there is no service active on your number. I relaxed. But again, on April27,2013, rs. 45/- deducted from my account and since then I called customer care 6-7times per day but they were so busy that they keep a customer’s call on hold for more than 20mins.
I request consumer forum to help me.
