I am the owner of airtel sim 9980882866 ,but my mother is using this sim ,few days back airtel advisors have called to this number more than 3 times and forced my mother to press some option in her cell phone ,she is aged and uneducated so she has told them many times I don’t want any offer and I am not gonna select any option in the cell ,still advisor has forced that it will be free for 90 days u need not to pay anything and all.they have emotional tackled by saying mam we are calling many why cant you pick our call and select options ? why are you disconnecting our call ,please do as I suggested nothing going to be happen and its of free cost .as my mother is uneducated and she doesn’t have idea about downloading and caller tone ,she has attempted to select some options then they have deducted 90 rupees for 3 months .then I got to know this what happen ,I called to customer care after couple of days requesting to cancel the caller tune services and to refund the money ,but supervisor Chandrasekhar refused to refund the money and spoke very rudely .later he provided with complaint number “20116200832” and requested we to wait for a call back on 20/01/2015 from the team to look into the issue after analyzing the call conversation recoded on that day before activating caller tune ,till today they is no response from them .
I want my money back ,this is not the first time I am facing this issue ,one or the other way they are calling to the number and pulling out money .
kindly help me out getting my money back and log a complaint on the supervisor who spoke very rudely with me .
