Deduction of money

Location/place: Baraut

Name of company/service: Airtel

My airtel mobile no. Is 8979138971.i have activated pack of rs.10 of fb on which my browsing on fb must be free for 7 days.but on browsing data balance deduction takes place which is about 25rs.this has happened before too.why this happens along with me?is my no. in blacklist?i want my compensation along with reason.
