Dear Sir,
I am very much disturbed with unnecessary deduction of the money from my mobile no 9918940280. After complaining so many times in customer care, nobody bother to help us and resolve the problem. Even they deduct the amount based on amount balance. When I recharged 100 Rs they deduct 60 Rs and simply sent the message the XYZ service has activated and this much amount is being deducted from your account.
Today dated:19/06/2013, I got message from Vodafone that some TV pack has activated from your account and 75 Rs is being deducted from your account.
Kindly resolve the problem and help me for the same.
