I have mobile number 09409475636. I have not activated any service, but from last month company deducting 8rs and 4rs from my balance unknowingly.when i interacted with customer care executive of BSNL they told me that they will solve this prob very soon but they didn’t.this has been happen from last month but i didn’t get any solution on this as always i did not get any response in good manner and they are trying to misguide me and i didn’t get any refund from their side as they promised me earlier.so i kindly request to consumer forum that they stop this type of fraud from companies and refund my account.
