Name of company/service: AXIS BANK LTD.
Sir,
I find from my Pass Book on S/B a/c no.-045010100160445, that a consolidated charges of Rs.-1650/-& service charge Rs.-203/- was deducted from my a/c as on 24/09/12. On enquiry,the bank has not given me a satisfactory reply as to why such charges was deducted.I always maintained stipulated average minimum balance of Rs.-5000/-in the account. Due to non-availability of required information I had to close the account.
Now I request you to please refund the charged deducted without any valid reason at the earliest with a suitable reply.
