Respected Sir/Madam my mobile No 8566958176 (Air Cell) deduct Rs 30/- without my permission. They send a message that” music connect ” has been activated in your mobile. beside that they given me a number saying that if you want to deactivate the same then contact on this number, that number was not existing as I had tried hundreds of time. then I called to customer care and given complaint regarding the same the customer care told me that your deducted balance will be refunded within 72 hours, I asked for a complaint number but the customer care told me that the complaint number will be send you through SMS, till today neither SMS nor refund has been given to me. after 72 houre I again call customer care this time they demanded a complaint number I told the above story they said that the refund can be paid within 48 Hours only now nothing will be done for you. I asked them to connect me to your immediate superior but they again given me a wrong number,and they used unparliament language with me. so please do me a favour. thanking you, yours faithfully.
