Deduction of Balance unusual from main Balance.

Location/place: Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur,Maharashtra

Name of company/service: Reliance

Respected Sir,
I have a Reliance GSM sim of no-8657248991. I am using this sim from december 2012. Sir, this telecom company is deducting money from my main balance as unusual without any reasons. As i complaint on their customer complaint helpline they did not refund my money. They had deducted more than 100 Rupees from my main balance and still not refunded when i ask to customer care he told that he could not refund money.
So sir, i request you to take my this complaint against above mentioned telecom company and solve my issue as early as possible
