Deduction of balance two time within three days

I am Kumar Nilabh complain against Aircel Commnication because they deduct balance from my main a/c two times. First deduction of Rs.10 and 2nd deduction of Rs.5. I talk to the customer care but they only reply that we have no updation.
But after my 2nd deduction i can also talk to the customer care this time they said that a service wrongly activate and they also tell me that we have refund Rs.5, but i can not get any of amount.
So, i request you to please see this matter and take some serious action.
