i want to inform you about the unfair balance deduction from my account regularly. every time they activate some value added packs and deduct balance. on today they deducted 41 rs for service BEST OF BOLLYWOOD VIDEO ZONE. i am facing this problem from last two months.i have called customer care but they are not able to solve my problem. hope you will help me
