DEDUCTION OF BALANCE MANY TIMES

Dear Sir/Madam
I uses my no. 9541212458 for one year but last six month , I got many problem related to cut of my balance.
Reliance has deducted balance and when i contacted customer care. they are saying that i have subscribed for a News pack for which the amount is deducted. they have not gave me any detail about that call.
plz take action against reliance telecom and solve my problem.
I din’t recieve any message and any phone calls from customer care etc.,and i also activate ‘DND’ service but after that they deducted my balance.
Iam very much upset with the services of reliance/telecom.
