I Dr Nareshkumar using airtel prepaid no 9441658227(converted by port 1.5yr back),i have activated 3g services in my number on 27th jul 2012,plan is 9rs for 30mnts duration within 24hrs.after getting conformation message i have used for 15mnts with my 3g modem ,but they deducted 66rs from my main balance….
than i did cal to customer care made complaints,not providing pprper information, telling unnecessary reasons.
kindly consider the issue take proper steps to get back my balance
