deduction of balance from my prepaid account without any usage of internet.

i am getting frustated with the services of airtel prepaid. last night around 10 pm my account balance was 92 rupees but suddenly i started receiving messages related to deduction of balance in every 5 seconds and when i asked callcenter executive for the problem they talked to me very ruthlessly and told me that they will transfer my call to the senior executive but they made me to listen the music of satyamev jayate and the senior executive didn’t answered to my call . i called to airtel for 3 times and i lost my 50 rupees in that nonsense response from airtel.and in the morning my balance was 0 paise. and when i called again to callcenter they told me that i was using internet but i didn’t used internet from the last 4 months. their senior executive sandip singh told me that consumer forum cannot do anything against them.. and he said that they will not give back my deducted balance.. i want to bring this company to the court
