Deduction of balance and subscription of services on their own

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

Hi sir/mam,
I didnt subscribe any service from the last 2 month on my docomo cell number 8951433189 but docomo deducted my balance and sent a messge regarding renewal of a service. This isnt for the first time.They have done this before but i didnt care much. Now its more than enough. Every month they subscribe some new service and charge for that. Kindly look into the matter because its a matter of maximum users.
