Dear Sir,
I had activated sms pack on my loop no. 9821058949 which was expired on 23rd July at 11.59 pm. When i had sent messages after expired the pack they started deducting 10 paise per message on the next i had activated sms pack of rs 44 after recharging it till now they are deducting my balance amt. when i had spoked the the customer care then they had sent me Rs 30 on my account.
Also given mr wrong information that my sms pack expire date was 24th July but it was 23rd July
