Deduction of balance

Location/place: Mumbai

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

There was an deduction of balance due to GPRS data usage from my account of prepaid number 9029513900. When I asked details like the websites used by me, company executive told me that they would charge Rs. 25/- for the details to be provided. I need to know, if this charge is allowed or not.
If not, I need to register a complaint against it.
