   Sir,
   i have recharged a voucher rs.100/- on dt.03/10/15 but next day morning i found my balance is nil of rs.002paisa i had contract to costumer care of reliance commnication on dt.04/10/15 & filled a complain by miss/mrs lipi od dt.04/10/15 at 1.55pm complain no-238352808 and assured me return to full amount with in two days , (i have recharged another rs.100/- on 07/10/15) since 4/5 dyas after they have no reply on dt.09/10/15 i have consuled with mr deepak das ,he received my complain no-4423309548 and assured me refund within 3/4 hours , but they made silence . Next day dt.10/10/15 i had contract with mr jitendra kumar sahoo , he said there are nothing any complain made my me . i had contract with main chief excutative mr sudipta sahoo , but he told they can’t do anything for me they all are same not co-opertaive with me . since last 10days i ahd lost my valuable time /days. and they mentaly turchered me . and feel very harshment .
   so that i request you kindly recived my complain do necessary steps so that i am highly obliged to you.
