I am a customer of the aircel telecom company…they have deducted 35 rupees from my account balance as subscription of some bogus offer without my confirmation..and this is not the first time they have done so…i have lodged complain each time in the complaint cell dialling 198..every time they promise me a refund of my money within 24 hrs but in vain..i am disgusted with this balance theft and asking for justice..
