deduction of balance

my name is sudhir kumar and i am a prepaid customer of reliance gsm communication, delhi.my mobile no is 9555232726
sir my complain in regard of the service facility of this service provider is too bad. they always deduct my mobile account balance without a proper reason.and whenever i call them ,they register my complain but they closed it and not take any proper action. most of time when customer care executive doesn’t solve my problem he told me he is transferring the call to his senior executive , but after some several minutes they disconnect my call….. sir, last time i have registered a complain whose complain id is : 206953722. that time my complain is , in spite of my gprs internet facility whose validity was 13/08/2013 ,they deduct rupees 15 from my mobile account balance. when i register a complain they give a complain id and tells me that they will resolve it in 2 days but after saying this they closed my complain and not refunded my balance.
my second complain subjected for my illegal deduction on my mobile balance… i have recharged my mobile with rs 79 on 11/08/2013 in this recharge reliance provide 14 days onnet night call free facility and 500 min onnet std free minutes. but when i used my std minutes it was not worked and my rupees 7.9 balance was deducted. due to this deduction i have faced many problem due to unavailability of balance.
respected sir, i humble request you please take legal action against them and say to them to refund my balance.
