Name of company/service: kvs

FROM 5 months i am observing that my telecom company reliance is deducting my balance without any request of new services as well as it is charging more amount than applied tariff and after contact to customer care ,said that due to technical error records not found.ultimately its monopoly of reliance against customer .so i request to consumer forum pl. look into matter and take necessary action pl.
