Deduction of balance

Whenever i regarged my balance they deducted my balance due to some resons , i told them many times before it that to deactivate all the susbriction, sometimes they deactivated too. But after some period they activated the same. I dont know how that Susbriptions are actvated without my permission .
yesterday i recharged my balance with 30 rs and in the morning i saw 0 rs in my account .

Now i fed up of all this. My complaint is to please return my balance or i will break the relation with the Airtel operator .
