My self Rakesh kumar, i use reliance cdma service, mobile no-9312379299 delhi circle complained for extra deduction of 19 rs via complian no. 185179842 on 15 th of aug 2012. but they do not return my balance and replied that your balance is correctly deducted and we can not check it further due to non availability of your call records.
