My Mobile No. 9224003002, Frenita Lewis, A/7, Shri Krishna Apt, Sunil Nagar, Dombivli (E). I have refilled my cell phone with Rs.150/= top up twice and money is deducted under value added services for internet. My Free internet was probably discontinued on 21st March 2013. I have an amount of Rs. 128/= till 8.00 p.m in the evening. If my internet was not there after that i should have been informed before. My internet was always on. U should have disconnected my internet services and should not have put in negative amount for the customer to refill and then to deduct the amount. Rs. 545/= is a big amount. I have not used that much internet on the night of 22nd March 2013. In the morning my balance was nil i could not make any important calls, Which is not proper to deduct under Value Added Services.
When i don’t have Money in my balance the company immediately disconnects my call after i have exhausted with my balance. The company doesn’t allows me to continue my call. This is not proper to deduct the money refilled under under value added services with out informing the customer. I had even called the customer helpline why this has happened & the helpline informed me that 150/= was deducted for that value added services & no more money would be deducted. But still as i refilled for Rs.150/= again my amount was deducted. Again the 3rd Time i had to refill and then again Rs. 116/= was deducted.
Even after the emails & telephonic conversation the customer executives misguide me by saying the refill will come & then they say the docket number PBR12196135 has been closed. They say according to them they keep the high speed internet active even if the customer has no balance & proudly they charge after the customer refills. Which foolish customer would use Rs.500/= internet in 1 night after balance exhaustion.
I request you to please look into the matter and refund the money. I have been a good customer with Tata Indicom/Docomo would like to be.
