I had activated the Rs.56 message scheme on 8th JULY 2012. Idea has a practice of sending messages 2-3 days before the scheme is to get over for auto-renewal. I did not receive any such message. Last night I had a balance of about 140Rs. today morning it was deducted to 87.84Rs.the company auto-renewed the scheme. I dont wish to carry forward this scheme as this is useless for me. They have auto-renewed and i want to cancel it and get my Rs.56 back. They say they will not return the money.
