Deduction in the name of Activation of unwanted service

Location/place: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Name of company/service: IDEA cellular

yesterday on 6th April,2013 Idea cellular deducted 45 INR from my prepaid mobile no 9898068690 in the name of Activation of Dialer tone, which i didn’t activated.
after that i called customer care and asked them to deactivate that unnecessary service and refund my money in my account.
I called 6 times to costumer care and talk to 6 different person about this and half of them said to call after 2 hour because there system is off and half of them told that the service has been deactivated and i will get my refund in next 1 hour. now i am very disappointed i want my money back from them
