Deduction in my balance

Name of company/service: Relaince

My name is Sunil Thakur. On 15th aug 2013 night, I recharged my phone no(7307307968) with an amount of Rs. 246, i.e the GPRS recharge which gives data value of 2gb.
When I started using gprs, it worked quite fine, but after some time it got disconnected and my gprs balance is shown to zero(0).
I tried to contact customer care regarding the said concern, but they didnt gave me any response.
They disconnected my call without asking me and when i call back again they put my call on hold for a long time , and after that again disconnect it without asking me. I was fed up with this kind of service.
I waited for two days thinking that my balance may be waived back, but nothng happened like that.
When on sunday, i called again to customer care, they refused to lodge my complaint, and started to argue with me. After that I talked with senior there, named Miss Meenakshi(Floor Manager), she said to me that this kind of recharge(i.e of rs 246 doesnt exist).I felt exclaimed that is she floor manager , who argued me on this matter that this recharge doesnt exist. When i asked her to check web site , she said to me that there is no recharge of 246. When i insisted her, she said ya there is recharge, but we dont have any details. I dont know , how she has been floor manager, when she doesnt know what recharges are the company providing. When she said we dont have any info of this recharge, i asked her to lodge my complaint but she refused and put my call on hold for a long time and then disconnected it.

I almost wasted my whole Sunday in calling customer care.

Please help me as this is not for the first time, they have deducted my balance. I also contacted the Reliance Appellate Authority, but they too didnt responded to my complaint.
