Deduction from balance without informing us

Location/place: Kolkata

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

We are the old customer of Tata Docomo, but unfortunately for the last two months due to the service of the tata docomo this connection has become a nightmare to us. They have started to activate the service pack of various types without our consent and keeping us totally unaware about it. When we have noticed it and called the customer care it stopped for a while but from the very next day it has started again. During last two months it has happened for many times – many times – many times. We don’t know how much money have been deducted till today; we can only say that today also Rs.1 has been deducted from my balance after requesting them many times. From yesterday the customer care also stopped to receive our call. Now, we are in a helpless condition with our tata docomo connection.
