Deduction from account for VAS

Name of company/service: Reliance Moble

Hi,

I am using reliance prepaid number (9311174898). They are deducting money from my account on regular basis without my confirmation / request. I have contacted multilple time with them through call/ mail, but their response is highly ir- responsible and pathetic. Even after stopping all VAS services on 15 Aug.. They again started deducting from 17 Aug.
Here I am sending all the communication between me and reliance customer care.

Your reply is highly ir-responsible and pathetic.

What do you mean by amount of Rs. 60/ for the CRBT services has been reverted to your account on 13-8-2013, I have reacived only 30 Rs (if you have any proof then confirm else ask your representative to contact me…I have saved your SMS about deduction and credited).

2nd..in your previous mail, you have confirmed me that all the VAS has been stopped…but from last 2 days, I am receiving a SMS stating “ VAS EVOLVE SUBSCRIPTION Rs 5.00 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED” and you are deducting 5.00Rs on daily basis. Even in this case also I have not received any information that I want to take this services or not.

Now I am silent in this case, because I know your behaviors are like a thief / criminal who just want to take money forcefully. I am going to close this reliance number.

3rd thing…if written “no wrong deduction in your account”, so look like I am MAD who fight for only 70Rs. I have all the proof (as your SMS), request you to please ask someone form you to contact me so that I could explain / show all the thing.

One more thing. Writing a mail or call on phone for solution is your responsibility and you are getting salary for that….but I am not getting anything in this and totally wasting my time to fight with you who take my money forcefully and wrote like “no wrong deduction”.

Here I want to know one thing, if your services are good and you are not deducting any wrong money, then after your confirmation on mail that no VAS is activating, how my 5.00 Rs deducting on daily basis.

Now if you can return my 70Rs then it OK otherwise I will assume that I have donate this to beggar / poor like you.

And also please stop deducting anything from my account unless I make a call.

Would you please explain me how did you enable any VAS service on my Mobile and have you any proof which state I have confirm for any VAS application (if you are not return my money).

Now, you told me that any deduction post 3 days cannot refund…. My question why you have deducting amount if I have not requested for any service.

2nd thing… do you suggesting me to on daily basis I need to check my balance because this is your procedure / rule to deduce amount when you want…really pathetic.

I have other number (Airtel) which I used on daily basis and your reliance number is my optional, so I cannot check it on daily basis.

Also please check your first mail…you have confirm me that CRBT Subscription Rs 30 has been returned twice…but actually credited single time (so please don’t copy paste, check and then confirm)

Now what you want… I need to forget my money which you have deducted from my account without any use… if yes then confirm.

70 Rs is not matter… now thing is that, you have taken my money forcefully and I want my money back.

Hi All,

This is regarding VALUE ADDED SERVICES which is activating on my Number (9311174898).

Since last 10 days, on daily basis I have received sms and its state that any particular VAS is enabled / renewed on my number and some amount has been detected.
Even I have not subscribed/request/informed any one to activate it. Then I made call multiple time to customer care regarding this issue and every time executives suggest to unsubscribe this but no any amount return.

I have requested customer care executives to logged a complain so that I can escalate it further, but they told me that we cannot log any complain in this type of issue (means you have right to withdraw / in clear meaning steal any amount and nobody can even log a complain.

Now today again I did call to customer care and talked with floor supervisor (Mr. Sunil Srivastava), and his behavior is not like a professional or support person. He is clearly denied to return any amount which you have deducted and also after multiple request, that person is not provided any complain number. He is only provide the INTRACTION NUMBER – 58986566.

I have approx. 115 rs in my account and you have deducted more than 90 for different type of VAS services.

I need my money back in my account and stop all the VAS services from my number.

Below are the Name of executive with whom I have contacted regarding this issue:

1. Mr. Sunil – more than 5 times
2. Mr. Madhvendra – today 1 time
3. Mr. Sunil Srivastava – today 1 time
