deduction for some random services

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

since i have purchased docomo number they have been activating some random service and message me to inform about the deductions. multiple times it has happened but only once i got my money back. Every time i call the customer care they tell to wait 24 hours but its 15 days around and still money is getting deducted if i recharge. Just because there is some balance dosent mean they can charge for any service they like to without our concern
