My Main balance was deducted a number of times without any reason and when I tried to call the customer care I was not able to get connected with them as they denied my call everytime. So, I want to lodge a complaint against the mentioned company.

If they are not receiving your call then you can contact Customer Care with Same Operator users mobile no or Contact to nearest Customer Care.They will provide you detail description about your Transactions.
