Respected sir / mam. .. on 28th December 2016 at 6:16 pm I received a message stating, thank you for subscribing of Rs 89 pack and Rs 89 has deducted from my account (mobile no -9504115983, service provider -AIRCEL).But sir neither I subscribe this nor made a single call or a message for this offer. When i asked to customer executive she tells me that ,your money will not be refunded at any cost .when I asked her to make my complaints about this then she refused . And when i tried to make call again to customer executive it was busy and could not connect the call till yet. And today on 30 December once again they deducted Rs 9. So, i requested you to please help me for the mentioned above .
