<p><b>Location/place</b>: Kanpur</p><p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Tata Docomo</p>my number is 7275447025. Rs.21 were deducted twice from my account today only. First time the customer care executive said that a video pack is activated on my number because of mistake and it will not be repeated but again Rs.21 got deducted & now customer care are not receiving my call. Now I want Rs.42 back
