Deducting the money for no services

Hi All,

Airtel service providers are deducting money for some silly services without informing us and same thing happened for me couple of times. Yesterday(26/6/2012) they have deducted around 100 INR for some service called “Model Video Club” after calling customer care we will be informed that it has been deducted for so reason… After fighting wit them they will revert back the money. If same things happens every time we need to start fighting for each and every thing… Please Consider my humble request on this and need to take further action on the same.
