deducting the amount in the name of VAS sms

Name of company/service: reliance gsm

I have been using reliance prepaid mobile connection from 3-4 years. Now-a-days there are deducting balance in the name of VAS sms even though I have not activated any of the services.With in 3 days they have deducted 60 Rs, and also very frequently they are deducting.I have informed to them many times but there is no positive reply regarding same.so please take it seriously because it not only my complaint,many customers have experienced same thing.Please take necessary action and help us to refund the amount deducted or cancel the licence of the company.

    I am also sufering same issue, but for me every time more than 30 ruppies are deducting against some non scence VAS pack. Without asking to consumer they are deducting money from account. Whenever we will do recharge, within few minuts they are sending some message vas pack deduction.
