Name of company/service: AIRTEL PREPAID
airtel has deducted my balance 2 times claiming activation of swapsherlin service once Rs 10 and then Rs1 without any instructions from my side.added to it the c.c.e’s are not even receiving the phone calls,or disconnecting the calls at least 20 times today.the worst thing being that all these calls are chargable.Is this the service the largest telecom network should provide?
Kindly resolve my case.
